 This website is a tribute to our dad. His favorite phrase was "I ain't kiddin' ya" so we created the site IAKY.org. Our goal is to offer lease to own properties to people who are tired of renting, people who have been turned down for a loan but know they are worthy of owning a home, or anyone who is capable of doing their own repairs in return for sweat equity!!
